This Privacy Policy explains how Life Legally Single LLC (“LLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with www.LegallySingle.com, our mobile applications, interactive tools, products, software, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Interactive Tools and Reports

If you take the Single at Heart quiz, we process your answers and resulting score or status. If you provide an email address or use an account, we may associate the result with your email or profile so it can be saved and shown to you. GloType and Power Move features may similarly store your selections or results with your profile.

The Freedom Tax Calculator asks for annual gross income, city or ZIP code, and filing status to produce an estimate. If you ask us to email a report, we also collect the email address and any optional name you enter for that request. Do not enter a Social Security number, financial account credentials, or other information the calculator does not ask for.

Surveys, Contests, and Promotions

If you participate in surveys, promotional campaigns, or contests, we collect the information you provide.

Email Signups and Requested Messages

When you enter an email address to receive a report, tip, invitation, or newsletter, we process that address and the information submitted with the form to deliver the requested message. We use Brevo to deliver and manage email. If you separately subscribe to marketing, we may use the preferences and quiz or tool results associated with your email to make those messages more relevant. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.
